Summah, of Oh Seven!

So after graduation, I went home to Japan and I...


visited Saori in Kobe.


Then she came to visit me in Tokyo/Yokohama. This is at the Asakusa Shrine. She pulled an "omikuji" which gives you your fortune.... but you have to wrap the piece of paper around a tree. And the set of gold "kozuchi" keychains (sort of like hammers?) if you look carefully, I'm reflected in them thangsss!! (I must say, I'm proud of these two pics, hehe *blushes*)


We went to Disney SEA! A first for me and Saori. We all got our Minnie Mouse years... and 3D glasses... CLASSIC!


And then off to SPAAAIN it was! Since my brother and I are both Formula-1 fans... or more like Alonso fans (biased, I know) we wanted to check out the F-1 practice held at the Jerez circuit! Unfortunately we didn't see Alonso drive :( but we saw the ENEMY! LEWIS HAMILTON!!

GARRRRRR~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ you shall not win!

This is my Dad and two (of his three) sisters. He's the only boy.
I LOOVE how this picture came out. They're all smiles :) Smiles are contagious, and this one makes me smile too :)


Simon was taking flamenco guitar lessons from this guy in the pic (one holding guitar, duh) and he let us watch them practicing a flamenco and poetry reading performance. It was so intense and moving! She was really good, the guitar was superb, the singing was excellent, and I understood very little of the poetry, but it was all so nice.


Then off to Barcelona~~ (with this background, it's quite obvious, me thinks!)
(and since my camera and I are BOTH in the pic, I have to say, my dad took this one :) It was my first time in Barcelona, and I loved it with all my heart. I loved every inch of this city. The architecture, the organization... everything. From the big stuff to the Cathedrals, to the tiny stuff like lamp posts and floor tiles- everything was ART!

And last but DEFINITELY not least (there ain't no such thing as "least" in my travel photos) This guy was a performer at the Gran Via! There were dancers, live statues, all sorts of stuff.... but this guy! ohhhhh this guy! He was good! He was Ronaldino, the Brazilian soccer player in FC Barcelona! He was making GOOD MONEY cuz evvvveryone wanted a picture with him! haha
